We never like paperwork for the sake of paperwork, we prefer to concentrate on manufacturing quality product for our customers. However, with the assistance that the ISO standard offers towards the streamlining of our processes and procedures we truly believe that gaining this certification will add value to both product quality and customer service.
We are aiming to complete our own internal audit with the assistance of Paul Williams achieving this standard by the end of the second quarter of 2013. We will let you know once the ISO standard is official.
