MPM - Shortlisted for the Apprentice of the year (James Kilbane)

It can be tricky to find the right people with the right skills and then it is often time consuming to train new people. It can take 5 years, and in some cases more to train people to a level where they are truly competent, so it is with great pride that we acknowledge one of our recent Apprentices being shortlisted within such a prestigious event.

This year we have employed 1 new apprentice and 5 new members of team, and their ages range from 20 – 55, fulfilling jobs in not only the main production areas but also in the finishing department.

“Apprentices are not just young school leavers, and we have been delighted to employ across all age groups and seen how they can contribute not only to the output of the company, but also enrich the team here at MPM. We are grateful to Katrina at Manpower who really pulled out the stops to find us suitable new team members.” Ben Wilson - Director
