At this stage of a very busy year, the Leadership Team are taking time out to get together to discuss the company strategy.
At the centre of our strategy as a business is the customer, so we felt it only fair to give them a chance to speak up and give us some feedback on how we are doing.
We sent out a questionnaire to a broad selection of customers, asking them whether we add value to their business and to ask for suggestions on possible improvements, whilst rating us as a supplier.
We were delighted that we received many responses and that our customers felt strongly enough to want to talk to us about how we are doing. The overwhelming responses showed that we are on the right lines – all the work that we have put into team, encouraging behaviours that reflect our values is now showing excellent results to our customers. Customers are also recognising that if there are any issues, MPM will respond very quickly and in a positive way, reflecting accountability and responsibility in our outputs.
Summarising, our customers have rated us 8.8 out of 10 and would all recommend MPM as a supplier. Some great testimonials have been collected during this questionnaire process and these have been fed back to the team, a great encouragement for all their hard work.
