Syd back from the brink..

Syd has made fantastic progress and is back in his new role as Business and Product Developer.With his extensive knowledge of the manufacturing and assembly process, combined with his passion for product design, he will certainly be making sure we continue to improve our product range and quality.

Paul drives improvements in team

Paul Williams, a business improvement specialist, is working with Ben and the team to implement systems of best practice.
Paul has over 35 years experience with major blue chip companies in the training and management of change in manufacturing. His previous experience and involvement in motivating and coaching multi-disciplinary teams fit exactly with what MPM are looking for as they grow and develop as an organisation.

Paul is identifying the training and development required for the team leaders in order to provide continual improvement for our clients. Already there have been some major steps forward, the current team have exactly the right attitude, which has meant that prgoress is rapid and clients will soon see the benefits of working with our new team structure.

Dylan Wilson has moved into the role of Operations Leader, taking advantage of his thorough knowledge of the manufacturing processes. He is developing and implementing improved sytems that further enhance this role to ensure the future quality of all our operations. Not known to miss a trick, Dylan's new found attention to detail will ensure that the production is run efficiently and effectively.
